Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from StreamMax IPTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all subscribers, resellers, and trial users.

2. Subscription Services

StreamMax IPTV provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guides through internet streaming technology. Subscription durations, connection limits, and features are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Credentials are delivered electronically and are for use on the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Your subscription credentials are personal and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
  • Recording, rebroadcasting, or publicly displaying streams is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing credentials beyond your plan's connection limit may result in immediate suspension without refund.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack our infrastructure is prohibited and may be prosecuted.

4. Billing & Renewal

Payments are processed securely at checkout. Subscriptions are one-time purchases for the selected duration and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. Prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted with prior notice to active subscribers. Promotional discounts apply only at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a full refund within this window. Refunds are not issued for: lack of compatible hardware, insufficient internet bandwidth, account suspension due to policy violations, or claims made after the 7-day period.

6. Free Trial Policy

24-hour free trials are provided at our discretion for evaluation purposes only. Trials may be limited per household, device, or IP address. Recording, reselling, or abusing trial access will result in permanent denial of service.

7. Reseller Program

Reseller panels are licensed for the resale of StreamMax IPTV subscriptions in accordance with the credits system described on the reseller page. Credits are non-transferable between panels except via the official sub-reseller transfer feature. StreamMax IPTV reserves the right to terminate reseller accounts engaged in fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse.

8. Service Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime, live streaming depends on factors outside our control (upstream providers, ISP routing, force majeure). Temporary channel or content changes do not constitute grounds for refund beyond the terms in Section 5.

9. Limitation of Liability

StreamMax IPTV's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
